Sewing Workshop: Make a capsule wardrobe for fall and winter
This link is for the entire three class series.
Can attend one class or all three…. pay for each individual class or save 10% and pay $190 for all three!!!
We are sooooooo super excited to offer this series to you!!!! Please join us and Michelle + Marlene who are super experienced sewists and teachers too!!! This series goes from most easy to make to slightly more complex. You can take one class or all three and the outfit will go together.
One yard minimalist top - We love this one yard almost zero waste shirt. It has a square neckline that looks cool on everyone and can have side splits for shaping and comfort. We have made five already. This is a way to use one yard of expensive fabric and feel fancy. There is the option to hand stitch part of the shirt.
6-8:00 pm (( it will take both of these nights to complete these pants ))
Pomona pants – these are the “it” pants from Denver designer Anna Allen. Super chic and well-constructed. The best part is they are also the easiest pants to make with one main pattern piece and a pocket. Make wide or narrow legged pants. They will both go with the one-yard top.
Seamwork Oslo cardigan – This cardigan is so good that everyone in Michelle’s family has at least two of them. Another deceptively simple pattern, this time out of knit fabric. There are lots of ways to personalize for your taste. Learn to sew knits and finish your capsule.
COVID PROTOCOLS: This is an in person class. We are aiming to host all classes in person but with the dynamic situation of this pandemic we may have to switch to virtual with little to no notice. In the event this happens we will host the class online.
We realize we are still in the midst of the Covid Pandemic. We will always operate as safely as we can. We currently require all participants to wear a mask, be vaccinated and practice social distancing at all times.
