Sewing Workshop: Jumpsuit January
Back by Popular Demand!!! Jump on the jumpsuit bandwagon and join our favorite sewing instructor Michelle in January for an introduction to the world of the one-piece. This is a two day workshop. We will be making The Assembly Line’s V-Neck Jumpsuit - which is a great introduction to the style. If you can sew on your machine and make a seam, you are ready. The jumpsuit can be done with or without sleeves, it can be belted or not belted, and you can make it with pockets or no pockets. SO MANY OPTIONS!!!! We picked this jumpsuit to jumpstart your collection because it is easy and flexible. We have made a few ourselves and love it both as nice, leave the house clothes or as secret pajamas that look great on zoom.
You must have advanced beginner sewing machine abilities to make this jumpsuit.
In the class you will learn to interface fabric, sew in snaps, make a simple jumpsuit that has the back and the front each in one piece, so no waist seam. We will hem, and set in sleeves.
You will need: fabric for your size (see chart below which is in meters, so a little more than a yard) we will have everything else for you.
When: January 31 + feb 1
10-4 each day
