Because you all loved it so much....we invite you again to connect with history and sit for a tintype portrait. This will be 100% outdoors and 100% socially distant!
Please join us + our friend Elena Volkova as she comes back to Maker General from Baltimore to share with you her awesome knowledge and dedication to the tintype process.
Tintypes were popular photographic form during 1860s and 70s. Made on tin plates coated in silver, tintypes are one-of-a-kind images that require hands-on coating and traditional camera exposure. During this two-day Pop Up event, you are welcome to register for 30 min. portrait sessions, during which two 4x5 tintypes will be made.
***When you book for the event send us an email so we can schedule a time slot that works for you!!!
